When the suncameup Godappointeda scorchingeastwind,and the sunbeatdownon Jonah'sheadso that he becamefaintand beggedwith [all] his soulto die,saying,"Deathis betterto me thanlife."
And in thosedaysmenwill seekdeathand will not findit; they will longto die,and deathfleesfrom them.
