He does not delightin the strengthof the horse;He does not takepleasurein the legsof a man.
A horseis a false hopefor victory;Nordoes it deliveranyone by its greatstrength.
The LORDreigns,He is clothedwith majesty;The LORDhas clothedand girdedHimself with strength;Indeed,the worldis firmlyestablished,it will not be moved.
