Absalomcommandedhis servants,saying,"Seenow,when Amnon'sheartis merrywith wine,and when I sayto you, 'StrikeAmnon,'then puthim to death.Do not fear;have not I myselfcommandedyou? Be courageousand be valiant."

and behold,a greatwindcamefrom acrossthe wildernessand struckthe fourcornersof the house,and it fellon the youngpeopleand they died,and I alonehave escapedto tellyou."
His sonsused to goand holda feastin the houseof eachoneon his day,and they would sendand invitetheir threesistersto eatand drinkwith them.
"He breaksthroughme with breachafterbreach;He runsat me like a warrior.
"Eventodaymy complaintis rebellion;His handis heavydespitemy groaning.
"Thoughhis sonsare many,they are destined for the sword;And his descendantswill not be satisfiedwith bread.
"Ifyour sonssinnedagainst Him, Then He deliveredthem into the powerof their transgression.
Manyare the afflictionsof the righteous,But the LORDdelivershim out of them all.
It is the samefor all.There is onefatefor the righteousand for the wicked;for the good,for the cleanand for the unclean;for the man who offersa sacrificeand for the one whodoes not sacrifice.As the goodmanis, so is the sinner;as the sweareris, so is the one who is afraidto swear.
"As oftenas it passesthrough,it will seizeyou; For morningafter morningit will passthrough,[anytime] during the dayor night,And it will be sheerterrorto understandwhatit means."
One courierrunsto meetanother,And one messengerto meetanother,To tellthe kingof BabylonThat his cityhas been capturedfrom end[to end];
"Is it nothingto allyou who passthis way?Lookand seeifthereis anypainlike my painWhichwas severelydealtout to me, Whichthe LORDinflictedon the dayof His fierceanger.
