ThereforeMoabwill wail;everyoneof Moabwill wail.You will moanfor the raisincakesof Kir-haresethAs those whoare utterlystricken.

Awake,drunkards,and weep;And wail,allyou winedrinkers,On accountof the sweetwineThat is cutofffrom your mouth.
"Wail,O inhabitantsof the Mortar,For allthe peopleof Canaanwill be silenced;Allwho weighout silverwill be cutoff.
Wail,O cypress,for the cedarhas fallen,Becausethe glorious[trees] have been destroyed;Wail,O oaksof Bashan,For the impenetrableforesthas comedown.
