"Whydo you complainagainstHim That He does not givean accountof allHis doings?
"Will the faultfindercontendwith the Almighty?Let him who reprovesGodanswerit."
"For [He is] not a manas I am that I may answerHim, That we may goto courttogether.
As for man,his daysare like grass;As a flowerof the field,sohe flourishes.
"Surelyeverymanwalksabout as a phantom;Surelythey makean uproarfor nothing;He amasses[riches] and does not knowwhowill gatherthem.
Thereis nowisdomand nounderstandingAnd nocounselagainstthe LORD.
That whichis has beenalreadyand that whichwill be has alreadybeen,for Godseekswhat has passedby.
For thereare manywordswhich increasefutility.What[then] is the advantageto a man?
"Behold,one will comeup like a lionfrom the thicketsof the Jordanagainsta perenniallywatered pasture;for in an instantI will make him runaway from it, and whoeveris chosenI shall appointoverit. For whois likeMe, and whowill summonMe [into court]? And whothenis the shepherdwhocan standagainstMe?"
Ordo we provokethe Lordto jealousy?We are not strongerthan He, are we?
