⁵ H559And he said[H8799] H7126, Draw not nigh[H8799] H1988hitherH5394: put off[H8798] H5275thy shoesH7272from off thy feetH4725, for the placeH834whereonH5975thou standest[H8802] H6944is holyH127ground.

⁶ H559Moreover he said[H8799] H430, I am the GodH1of thy fatherH430, the GodH85of AbrahamH430, the GodH3327of IsaacH430, and the GodH3290of JacobH4872. And MosesH5641hid[H8686] H6440his faceH3372; for he was afraid[H8804] H5027to look[H8687] H430upon God.

⁷ H3068And the LORDH559said[H8799] H7200, I have surely[H8800] H7200seen[H8804] H6040the afflictionH5971of my peopleH4714which are in EgyptH8085, and have heard[H8804] H6818their cryH6440by reasonH5065of their taskmasters[H8802] H3045; for I know[H8804] H4341their sorrows;

¹⁰ H3212Come[H8798] H7971now therefore, and I will send[H8799] H6547thee unto PharaohH3318, that thou mayest bring forth[H8685] H5971my peopleH1121the childrenH3478of IsraelH4714out of Egypt.

¹¹ H4872And MosesH559said[H8799] H430unto GodH3212, Who am I, that I should go[H8799] H6547unto PharaohH3318, and that I should bring forth[H8686] H1121the childrenH3478of IsraelH4714out of Egypt?

¹² H559And he said[H8799] H226, Certainly I will be with thee; and this shall be a tokenH3588unto thee, thatH7971I have sent[H8804] H3318thee: When thou hast brought forth[H8687] H5971the peopleH4714out of EgyptH5647, ye shall serve[H8799] H430GodH2022upon this mountain.

¹³ H4872And MosesH559said[H8799] H430unto GodH935, Behold, when I come[H8802] H1121unto the childrenH3478of IsraelH559, and shall say[H8804] H430unto them, The GodH1of your fathersH7971hath sent[H8804] H559me unto you; and they shall say[H8804] H8034to me, What is his nameH559? what shall I say[H8799]  unto them?

¹⁴ H430And GodH559said[H8799] H4872unto MosesH1961, I AM[H8799] H1961THAT I AM[H8799] H559: and he said[H8799] H559, Thus shalt thou say[H8799] H1121unto the childrenH3478of IsraelH7971, I AM hath sent[H8804]  me unto you.

¹⁸ H8085And they shall hearken[H8804] H6963to thy voiceH935: and thou shalt come[H8804] H2205, thou and the eldersH3478of IsraelH4428, unto the kingH4714of EgyptH559, and ye shall say[H8804] H3068unto him, The LORDH430GodH5680of the HebrewsH7136hath met[H8738] H3212with us: and now let us go[H8799] H7969, we beseech thee, threeH3117daysH1870' journeyH4057into the wildernessH2076, that we may sacrifice[H8799] H3068to the LORDH430our God.

¹⁹ H3045And I am sure[H8804] H4428that the kingH4714of EgyptH5414will not let[H8799] H1980you go[H8800] H2389, no, not by a mightyH3027hand.

²⁰ H7971And I will stretch out[H8804] H3027my handH5221, and smite[H8689] H4714EgyptH6381with all my wonders[H8737] H6213which I will do[H8799] H7130in the midstH310thereof: and afterH7971that he will let you go[H8762] .

²¹ H5414And I will give[H8804] H5971this peopleH2580favourH5869in the sightH4714of the EgyptiansH3212: and it shall come to pass, that, when ye go[H8799] H3212, ye shall not go[H8799] H7387empty:
