They don’t say in their heart, ‘Let’s now fear YHWH our God, who gives rain, both the former and the latter, in its season, who preserves to us the appointed weeks of the harvest.’


Let’s acknowledge YHWH. Let’s press on to know YHWH. As surely as the sun rises, YHWH will appear. He will come to us like the rain, like the spring rain that waters the earth.”


“Y’all be glad then, children of Zion, and y’all rejoice in YHWH, your* God; for ʜᴇ gives you the early rain in just measure, and ʜᴇ causes the rain to come down for y’all, the early rain and the latter rain, as before.


Y’all should ask YHWH for rain in the spring time, YHWH who makes storm clouds, and ʜᴇ will give rain showers to everyone for the plants in the field.


For the Son of Humanity will come in the glory of his Father with his angels, and then he will reward each person according to their deeds.


Truly I tell y’all, there are some standing here who will not taste of death until they see the Son of Humanity coming in his empire.”


For as the lightning comes from the east and flashes even to the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Humanity.


Therefore y’all must also be ready, because the Son of Humanity is coming at an hour when y’all don’t expect him.


I tell y’all that ʜᴇ bring justice to them quickly. However, when the Son of Humanity comes, will he find faith on the earth?”


At that time, they will see the Son of Humanity coming in a cloud with power and great glory.


But the seed that fell on the excellent ground, these are the ones who have an honest and excellent heart, who hear the word, hold it tightly, and through perseverance, produce fruit.


Jesus said to him, “If I desire that he stay until I come, what is that to you? You must follow me.”


So the saying went out among the siblings that this disciple wouldn’t die. Yet Jesus didn’t say to him that he wouldn’t die, only that, “If I desire that he stay until I come, what is that to you?”


For whatever was written in the past was written for our instruction, so that through perseverance and the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope.


to those who by persistence in doing seek good for glory, honor, and immortality, eternal life.


so that y’all do not lack in any gift, as you wait for the revelation of our Lord Jesus Christ.


For we through the Spirit, by faith, wait expectantly for the hope of righteousness.


Let’s not be weary in doing what is excellent, for we will reap in due season if we don’t give up.

constantly remembering before our God and Father y’all’s work of faith, labor of love, and perseverance of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ.


For what is our hope or joy or crown of glory? Isn’t it y’all in the presence of our Lord Jesus at his coming?


so that he may strengthen y’all’s hearts to be blameless in holiness before our God and Father at the coming of our Lord Jesus with all his saints.


Thus, having patiently endured, Abraham obtained the promise.


Y’all must not speak against one another, siblings. Anyone who speaks against a sibling and judges them, speaks against the law, and judges the law. But if you judge the law, you are not a doer of the law but a judge.


Siblings, as an example of suffering and of perseverance, y’all consider the prophets who spoke in the name of the Lord.


Y’all’s gold and silver are corroded, and their corrosion will be for a testimony against y’all and eat y’all’s flesh like fire. Y’all have hoarded wealth in the last days.


and saying, “Where is the promise of his coming? For ever since our ancestors fell asleep, everything continues as it was from the beginning of the creation.”
