And this widow about iiij. score and iiij. year of age, which went never out of the temple, but served there with fasting and prayer night and day.


And they prayed saying: Thou Lord which knowest the hearts of all men, shew whether thou hast chosen of these two,


As they served God, and fasted, The holy ghost said: separate me Barnabas and Saul, for the work whereunto I have called them.
