then hear in heaven, and act, and judge your servants, condemning the guilty by bringing their conduct on their own head, and vindicating the righteous by rewarding them according to their righteousness.


O offspring of his servant Israel, children of Jacob, his chosen ones.


You who fear the Lord, praise him! All you offspring of Jacob, glorify him; stand in awe of him, all you offspring of Israel!


Let the righteous rejoice in the Lord and take refuge in him. Let all the upright in heart glory.


Open the gates, so that the righteous nation that keeps faith may enter in.


In that day the Lord of hosts will be a garland of glory, and a diadem of beauty, to the remnant of his people;


You shall winnow them and the wind shall carry them away, and the tempest shall scatter them. Then you shall rejoice in the Lord; in the Holy One of Israel you shall glory.


But Israel is saved by the Lord with everlasting salvation; you shall not be put to shame or confounded to all eternity.


I did not speak in secret, in a land of darkness; I did not say to the offspring of Jacob, “Seek me in chaos.” I the Lord speak the truth, I declare what is right.
