But you, O Lord, are a shield around me, my glory, and the one who lifts up my head.


For with you is the fountain of life; in your light we see light.


How long, you people, shall my honor suffer shame? How long will you love vain words, and seek after lies? Selah


On God rests my deliverance and my honor; my mighty rock, my refuge is in God.


For the Lord God is a sun and shield; he bestows favor and honor. No good thing does the Lord withhold from those who walk uprightly.


O Lord of hosts, happy is everyone who trusts in you.


O house of Jacob, come, let us walk in the light of the Lord!


Then the moon will be abashed, and the sun ashamed; for the Lord of hosts will reign on Mount Zion and in Jerusalem, and before his elders he will manifest his glory.


In that day the Lord of hosts will be a garland of glory, and a diadem of beauty, to the remnant of his people;


Moreover the light of the moon will be like the light of the sun, and the light of the sun will be sevenfold, like the light of seven days, on the day when the Lord binds up the injuries of his people, and heals the wounds inflicted by his blow.


You shall winnow them and the wind shall carry them away, and the tempest shall scatter them. Then you shall rejoice in the Lord; in the Holy One of Israel you shall glory.


In the Lord all the offspring of Israel shall triumph and glory.


So the ransomed of the Lord shall return, and come to Zion with singing; everlasting joy shall be upon their heads; they shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.


Arise, shine; for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you.


The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light; those who lived in a land of deep darkness— on them light has shined.

And there will be no more night; they need no light of lamp or sun, for the Lord God will be their light, and they will reign forever and ever.
