then hear you in heaven, and forgive the sin of your people Yisra'el, and bring them again to the land which you gave to their fathers.


He remembered for them his covenant, and repented according to the multitude of his loving kindnesses.


But he, being merciful, forgave iniquity, and didn't destroy them. Yes, many times he turned his anger away, and didn't stir up all his wrath.


You have forgiven the iniquity of your people. You have covered all their sin. Selah.


Yet now, if you will, forgive their sin--and if not, please blot me out of your book which you have written.*


The LORD said to Moshe, *I will do this thing also that you have spoken; for you have found favor in my sight, and I know you by name.*


He said, *If now I have found favor in your sight, Lord, please let the Lord go in the midst of us; although this is a stiff-necked people; pardon our iniquity and our sin, and take us for your inheritance.*


let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; and let him return to the LORD, and he will have mercy on him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.


Lord, hear; Lord, forgive; Lord, listen and do; don't defer, for your own sake, my God, because your city and your people are called by your name.


It happened that, when they made an end of eating the grass of the land, then I said, *Lord GOD, forgive, I beg you! How could Ya`akov stand? For he is small.*

God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way. God relented of the disaster which he said he would do to them, and he didn't do it.


He prayed to the LORD, and said, *Please, LORD, wasn't this what I said when I was still in my own country? Therefore I hurried to flee to Tarshish, for I knew that you are a gracious God, and merciful, slow to anger, and abundant in loving kindness, and you relent of doing harm.


Who is a God like you, who pardons iniquity, and passes over the disobedience of the remnant of his heritage? He doesn't retain his anger forever, because he delights in loving kindness.


LORD, I have heard of your fame. I stand in awe of your deeds, LORD. Renew your work in the midst of the years. In the midst of the years make it known. In wrath, you remember mercy.


He has not seen iniquity in Ya`akov. Neither has he seen perverseness in Yisra'el. The LORD his God is with him. The shout of a king is among them.


and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.
