When I wept and I fasted, that was to my reproach.


Tell those who have a fearful heart, *Be strong. Don't be afraid. Behold, your God will come with vengeance, God's retribution. He will come and save you.


Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.


Don't be afraid, you worm Ya`akov, and you men of Yisra'el. I will help you,* says the LORD, *and your Redeemer is the Holy One of Yisra'el.
