And I hearda voicefrom heaven,saying,"Write,Blessedare the deadwho diein the Lordfrom nowon!'" "Yes,"saysthe Spirit,"sothat they may restfrom their labors,for their deedsfollowwith them."
Moreover,by them Your servantis warned;In keepingthem there is greatreward.
Righteousnesswill gobeforeHim And will makeHis footstepsinto a way.
And the ransomedof the LORDwill returnAnd comewith joyfulshoutingto Zion,With everlastingjoyupon their heads.They will findgladnessand joy,And sorrowand sighingwill fleeaway.
"But as for you, go[your way] to the end;then you will enterinto restand rise[again] for your allottedportionat the endof the age."
and behold,a voiceout of the heavenssaid,"Thisis My belovedSon,in whomI am well-pleased."
"But Abrahamsaid,'Child,rememberthat duringyour lifeyou receivedyour good things,and likewiseLazarusbad things;but nowhe is being comfortedhere,and you are in agony.
"And I sayto you, makefriendsfor yourselvesby meansof the wealthof unrighteousness,sothat whenit fails,they will receiveyou into the eternaldwellings.
for ifwe live,we livefor the Lord,orifwe die,we diefor the Lord;thereforewhetherwe liveordie,we are the Lord's.
Thenthosealsowho have fallen asleepin Christhave perished.
But nowChristhas been raisedfrom the dead,the first fruitsof thosewho are asleep.
Therefore,my belovedbrethren,be steadfast,immovable,alwaysaboundingin the workof the Lord,knowingthat your toilis not [in] vainin the Lord.
we are of good courage,I say, and preferratherto be absentfrom the bodyand to be at homewith the Lord.
But evenifI am being poured out as a drink offeringupon the sacrificeand serviceof your faith,I rejoiceand share my joywith you all.
For ifwe believethat Jesusdiedand rose again,evensoGodwill bringwith Him thosewho have fallen asleepin Jesus.
For the LordHimselfwill descendfrom heavenwith a shout,with the voiceof [the] archangeland with the trumpetof God,and the deadin Christwill risefirst.
who diedfor us, sothat whetherwe are awakeorasleep,we will livetogetherwith Him.
The sinsof somemenare quite evident,going beforethem to judgment;for others,their [sins] follow after.
Likewisealso,deedsthat are goodare quite evident,and thosewhich are otherwisecannotbe concealed.
saying,"Writein a bookwhatyou see,and send[it] to the sevenchurches:to Ephesusand to Smyrnaand to Pergamumand to Thyatiraand to Sardisand to Philadelphiaand to Laodicea."
Whenthe sevenpealsof thunderhad spoken,I was aboutto write;and I hearda voicefrom heavensaying,"Sealup the things whichthe sevenpeals of thunderhave spokenand do not writethem."
Thenthe seventhangelsounded;and there were loudvoicesin heaven,saying,"The kingdomof the worldhas become[the kingdom] of our Lordand of His Christ;and He will reignforeverand ever."
And the templeof Godwhich is in heavenwas opened;and the arkof His covenantappearedin His temple,and there were flashes of lightningand soundsand peals of thunderand an earthquakeand a greathailstorm.
Thenthe seventh[angel] pouredout his bowlupon the air,and a loudvoicecameout of the templefrom the throne,saying,"It is done."
Thenhe saidto me, "Write,Blessedare thosewho are invitedto the marriagesupperof the Lamb.'"And he saidto me, "Theseare true wordsof God."
"To the angelof the churchin Ephesuswrite:The One who holdsthe sevenstarsin His right hand,the One who walksamongthe sevengoldenlampstands,saysthis:
He who hasan ear,let him hearwhatthe Spiritsaysto the churches.To him who overcomes,I will grantto eatof the treeof lifewhichis in the Paradiseof God.'
Blessedand holyis the one who hasa partin the firstresurrection;overthesethe seconddeathhasnopower,but they will be priestsof Godand of Christand will reignwith Him for a thousandyears.
And He who sitson the thronesaid,"Behold,I am makingall thingsnew."And He said,"Write,for thesewordsare faithfuland true."
The Spiritand the bridesay,"Come."And let the one who hearssay,"Come."And let the one who is thirstycome;let the one who wishestakethe waterof lifewithout cost.
And there was givento eachof them a whiterobe;and they were toldthat they should restfor a littlewhilelonger,until[the number of] their fellow servantsand their brethrenwho were to be killedevenas they had been, would be completedalso.
