For You have rescuedmy soulfrom death,My eyesfrom tears,My feetfrom stumbling.
For Your lovingkindnessis greatto the heavensAnd Your truthto the clouds.
He has redeemedmy soulfrom goingto the pit,And my lifeshall seethe light.'
and to waitfor His Sonfrom heaven,whomHe raisedfrom the dead,[that is] Jesus,who rescuesus from the wrathto come.
O LORD,You have broughtup my soulfrom Sheol;You have keptme alive,that I would not godownto the pit.
For You will not abandonmy soulto Sheol;Norwill You allowYour HolyOneto undergodecay.
You have putme in the lowestpit,In darkplaces,in the depths.
Then let him be graciousto him, and say,'Deliverhim from goingdownto the pit,I have founda ransom';
