Liftup your heads,O gates,And be liftedup, O ancientdoors,That the Kingof glorymay comein!
So they broughtin the arkof the LORDand setit in its placeinsidethe tentwhichDavidhad pitchedfor it; and Davidofferedburntofferingsand peaceofferingsbeforethe LORD.
so that the priestscouldnot standto ministerbecauseof the cloud,for the gloryof the LORDfilledthe houseof the LORD.
Then the priestsbroughtthe arkof the covenantof the LORDto its place,into the innersanctuaryof the house,to the mostholyplace,underthe wingsof the cherubim.
Arise,O LORD,to Your restingplace,You and the arkof Your strength.
O LORD,in Your strengththe kingwill be glad,And in Your salvationhowgreatlyhe will rejoice!
His gloryis greatthrough Your salvation,Splendorand majestyYou placeupon him.
The heavensdeclareHis righteousness,And allthe peopleshave seenHis glory.
"Openthe gates,that the righteousnationmay enter,The one that remainsfaithful.
Gothrough,gothroughthe gates,Clearthe wayfor the people;Buildup, buildup the highway,Removethe stones,liftup a standardoverthe peoples.
"As for you, towerof the flock,Hillof the daughterof Zion,To you it will come--Even the formerdominionwill come,The kingdomof the daughterof Jerusalem.
I will shakeallthe nations;and they will comewith the wealthof allnations,and I will fillthishousewith glory,'saysthe LORDof hosts.
The lattergloryof thishousewill be greaterthanthe former,'saysthe LORDof hosts,'and in thisplaceI will givepeace,'declaresthe LORDof hosts."
"Behold,I am going to sendMy messenger,and he will clearthe waybeforeMe. And the Lord,whomyou seek,will suddenlycometo His temple;and the messengerof the covenant,in whomyou delight,behold,He is coming,"saysthe LORDof hosts.
So then,when the LordJesushad spokento them, He was receivedup into heavenand sat downat the right handof God.
[the wisdom] whichnoneof the rulersof thisagehas understood;for ifthey had understoodit they would not have crucifiedthe Lordof glory;
My brethren,do not holdyour faithin our gloriousLordJesusChristwith [an attitude of] personal favoritism.
whois at the right handof God,having goneinto heaven,after angelsand authoritiesand powershad been subjectedto Him.
but growin the graceand knowledgeof our Lordand SaviorJesusChrist.To Him [be] the glory,bothnowand to the dayof eternity.Amen.
"Worthyare You, our Lordand our God,to receivegloryand honorand power;for You createdall things,and becauseof Your willthey existed,and were created."
