"Giveheedto my cry,For I am broughtverylow;Deliverme from my persecutors,For they are toostrongfor me.
Hearmy cry,O God;Giveheedto my prayer.
Beloved,ifour heartdoes not condemnus, we haveconfidencebeforeGod;
THISPEOPLEHONORSME WITH THEIR LIPS,BUT THEIR HEARTIS FARAWAYFROM ME.
The LORDis nearto allwho callupon Him, To allwhocallupon Him in truth.
Then the Lordsaid,"Becausethispeopledrawnearwith their wordsAnd honorMe with their lipservice,But they removetheir heartsfarfrom Me, And their reverencefor Me consistsof traditionlearned[by rote],
I cryaloudwith my voiceto the LORD;I makesupplicationwith my voiceto the LORD.
I knowthat the LORDwill maintainthe causeof the afflictedAnd justicefor the poor.
InclineYour ear,O LORD,[and] answerme; For I am afflictedand needy.
But certainlyGodhas heard;He has givenheedto the voiceof my prayer.
Vindicateme, O God,and pleadmy caseagainstan ungodlynation;O deliverme from the deceitfuland unjustman!
The LORDhas rewardedme according to my righteousness;According to the cleannessof my handsHe has recompensedme.
The LORDjudgesthe peoples;Vindicateme, O LORD,according to my righteousnessand my integritythat is in me.
"NowMy eyeswill be openand My earsattentiveto the prayer[offered] in thisplace.
Heedthe soundof my cryfor help,my Kingand my God,For to You I pray.
JesussawNathanaelcomingto Him, and saidof him, "Behold,an Israeliteindeed,in whomthereis nodeceit!"
As soon as they hear,they obeyme; Foreignerssubmitto me.
let Your earnowbe attentiveand Your eyesopento hearthe prayerof Your servantwhichI am prayingbeforeYou now,dayand night,on behalfof the sonsof IsraelYour servants,confessingthe sinsof the sonsof Israelwhichwe have sinnedagainst You; I and my father'shousehave sinned.
"Yetin spite of allthisher treacheroussisterJudahdid not returnto Me with allher heart,but ratherin deception,"declaresthe LORD.
"I was also blamelesstoward Him, And I keptmyself from my iniquity.
Althoughthere is noviolencein my hands,And my prayeris pure.
Behold,Godis my helper;The Lordis the sustainerof my soul.
He will redeemmy soulin peacefrom the battle[which is] against me, For they are many[who strive] with me.
From the endof the earthI callto You when my heartis faint;Leadme to the rockthat is higherthanI.
Beholdour shield,O God,And lookupon the faceof Your anointed.
Giveear,O LORD,to my prayer;And giveheedto the voiceof my supplications!
For my soulhas hadenoughtroubles,And my lifehas drawnnearto Sheol.
Do not hideYour facefrom me in the dayof my distress;InclineYour earto me; In the daywhen I callanswerme quickly.
Hearmy prayer,O LORD,Giveearto my supplications!Answerme in Your faithfulness,in Your righteousness!
