"Is it not to divideyour breadwith the hungryAnd bringthe homelesspoorinto the house;Whenyou seethe naked,to coverhim; And not to hideyourself from your own flesh?
or oppressanyone,or retaina pledge,or commitrobbery,[but] he giveshis breadto the hungryand coversthe nakedwith clothing,

"Thenthe righteouswill answerHim, 'Lord,whendid we seeYou hungry,and feedYou, orthirsty,and give You [something] to drink?
I was a stranger,and you did not inviteMe in; naked,and you did not clotheMe; sick,and in prison,and you did not visitMe.'
And he would answerand sayto them, "The man who hastwotunicsis to sharewith him who hasnone;and he who hasfoodis to dolikewise."
"In everythingI showedyou that by working hardin this manneryou musthelpthe weakand rememberthe wordsof the LordJesus,that He Himselfsaid,'It is moreblessedto givethanto receive.'"
For you showed sympathyto the prisonersand acceptedjoyfullythe seizureof your property,knowingthat you havefor yourselvesa betterpossessionand a lastingone.
Rememberthe prisoners,as thoughin prisonwith them, [and] thosewho are ill-treated,sinceyou yourselvesalsoare in the body.
Pureand undefiledreligionin the sightof [our] Godand Fatheris this:to visitorphansand widowsin their distress,[and] to keeponeselfunstainedby the world.
