Korethe sonof Imnahthe Levite,the keeperof the eastern[gate, was] overthe freewillofferingsof God,to apportionthe contributionsfor the LORDand the mostholythings.
I shall paymy vowsto the LORD,Oh[may it be] in the presenceof allHis people.
I shall paymy vowsto the LORD,Oh[may it be] in the presenceof allHis people,
From You [comes] my praisein the greatassembly;I shall paymy vowsbeforethose who fearHim.
Your vowsare [binding] upon me, O God;I will renderthankofferingsto You.
For You have heardmy vows,O God;You have given[me] the inheritanceof those who fearYour name.
SoI will singpraiseto Your nameforever,That I may paymy vowsdayby day.
There will be silencebefore You, [and] praisein Zion,O God,And to You the vowwill be performed.
I shall comeinto Your housewith burntofferings;I shall payYou my vows,
Your lambshall be an unblemishedmalea yearold;you may takeit from the sheepor from the goats.
Whenyou makea vowto God,do not be latein payingit; for [He takes] nodelightin fools.Paywhatyou vow!
But ifhis offeringis from the flock,of the sheeporof the goats,for a burntoffering,he shall offerit a malewithoutdefect.
"Speakto the sonsof Israeland sayto them, 'Whenanymanof you bringsan offeringto the LORD,you shall bringyour offeringof animalsfrom the herdor the flock.
And anymanfrom the houseof Israel,or from the alienswho sojournamongthem, whoeatsanyblood,I will setMy faceagainst that personwho eatsbloodand will cuthim offfrom amonghis people.
"So when anymanfrom the sonsof Israel,or from the alienswho sojournamongthem, in huntingcatchesa beastora birdwhichmay be eaten,he shall pourout its bloodand coverit with earth.
Then the LORDspoketo Moses,saying,
besides[those of] the sabbathsof the LORD,and besidesyour giftsand besidesallyour votiveand freewillofferings,whichyou giveto the LORD.
But ifthe sacrificeof his offeringis a votiveora freewilloffering,it shall be eatenon the daythat he offershis sacrifice,and on the nextdaywhat is leftof it may be eaten;
"Offera thankofferingalso from that whichis leavened,And proclaimfreewillofferings,makethem known.For soyou love[to do], you sonsof Israel,"Declaresthe LordGOD.
Then the menfearedthe LORDgreatly,and they offereda sacrificeto the LORDand madevows.
But I will sacrificeto You With the voiceof thanksgiving.That whichI have vowedI will pay.Salvationis from the LORD."
Behold,on the mountainsthe feetof him who bringsgood news,Who announcespeace!Celebrateyour feasts,O Judah;Payyour vows.For neveragainwill the wickedone passthrough you; He is cutoffcompletely.
"But cursedbe the swindlerwho hasa malein his flockand vowsit, but sacrificesa blemishedanimalto the Lord,for I am a greatKing,"saysthe LORDof hosts,"and My nameis fearedamong the nations."
then makean offeringby fireto the LORD,a burntofferingora sacrificeto fulfilla specialvow,oras a freewillofferingorin your appointedtimes,to makea soothingaromato the LORD,from the herdorfrom the flock.

"You are not allowedto eatwithin your gatesthe titheof your grainor newwineor oil,or the firstbornof your herdor flock,or anyof your votiveofferingswhichyou vow,or your freewillofferings,or the contributionof your hand.
"Thereyou shall bringyour burntofferings,your sacrifices,your tithes,the contributionof your hand,your votiveofferings,your freewillofferings,and the firstbornof your herdand of your flock.
"Then you shall celebratethe Feastof Weeksto the LORDyour Godwith a tributeof a freewillofferingof your hand,whichyou shall givejustas the LORDyour Godblessesyou;
