Sofrom that dayon they planned togetherto killHim.
When they sawhim from a distanceand beforehe camecloseto them, they plottedagainsthim to puthim to death.
Then I warnedthem and saidto them, "Whydo you spendthe nightin frontof the wall?Ifyou doso again,I will useforceagainst you." From that timeon they did not comeon the sabbath.
From that dayon, halfof my servantscarriedon the workwhile halfof them heldthe spears,the shields,the bowsand the breastplates;and the captains[were] behindthe wholehouseof Judah.
Blessedbe the nameof the LORDFrom thistimeforth and forever.
The kingsof the earthtaketheir standAnd the rulerstakecounseltogetherAgainstthe LORDand againstHis Anointed,saying,
For I have heardthe slanderof many,Terroris on everyside;While they tookcounseltogetheragainstme, They schemedto takeaway my life.
For my enemieshave spokenagainst me; And those who watchfor my lifehave consultedtogether,
Then Jeremiahsaidto Zedekiah,"IfI tellyou, will you not certainlyputme to death?Besides, ifI giveyou advice,you will not listento me."
Then the officialssaidto the king,"Nowlet thismanbe putto death,inasmuchas he is discouragingthe menof warwho are leftin thiscityand allthe people,by speakingsuchwordsto them; for thismanis not seekingthe well-beingof thispeoplebut rathertheir harm."
But the Phariseeswentout and conspiredagainstHim, [as to] howthey might destroyHim.
From that timeJesusbeganto showHis disciplesthat He mustgoto Jerusalem,and suffermany thingsfrom the eldersand chief priestsand scribes,and be killed,and be raisedup on the thirdday.
No onewas ableto answerHim a word,nordid anyonedarefrom that dayon to askHim anotherquestion.
and they plotted togetherto seizeJesusby stealthand killHim.
Nowthe chief priestsand the wholeCouncilkept trying to obtainfalse testimonyagainstJesus,sothat they might put Him to death.
Nowthe Passoverand UnleavenedBread were twodaysaway;and the chief priestsand the scribeswere seekinghowto seizeHim by stealthand kill[Him];
The Phariseeswentout and immediately[began] conspiringwith the HerodiansagainstHim, [as] [to] howthey might destroyHim.
Thereforethe chief priestsand the Phariseesconveneda council,and were saying,"Whatare we doing?For thismanis performingmanysigns.
But the chief priestsplannedto putLazarusto deathalso;
Afterthese thingsJesuswas walkingin Galilee,for He was unwillingto walkin Judeabecausethe Jewswere seekingto killHim.
But when they heardthis, they were cut to the quickand intendedto killthem.
Whenmanydayshad elapsed,the Jewsplotted togetherto do awaywith him,
