From Danis heardthe snortingof his horses;At the soundof the neighingof his stallionsThe wholelandquakes;For they comeand devourthe landand its fullness,The cityand its inhabitants.
"Let them makehasteand takeup a wailingfor us, That our eyesmay shedtearsAnd our eyelidsflowwith water.
"Also My breadwhichI gaveyou, fineflour,oiland honeywith which I fedyou, you would offerbeforethem for a soothingaroma;so it happened,"declaresthe LordGOD.

so that you may rememberand be ashamedand neveropenyour mouthanymorebecauseof your humiliation,when I have forgivenyou for allthat you have done,"the LordGODdeclares.
The thing itselfwill be carriedto AssyriaAs tributeto KingJareb;Ephraimwill be seizedwith shameAnd Israelwill be ashamedof its own counsel.
