Truly,You are a Godwho hidesHimself, O Godof Israel,Savior!
Yet thesethingsYou have concealedin Your heart;I knowthat thisis withinYou:
"Ohthat I knewwhere I might findHim, That I might cometo His seat!
When He actson the left,I cannotbehold[Him]; He turnson the right,I cannotseeHim.
Whydo You hideYour face[And] forgetour afflictionand our oppression?
BlessGodin the congregations,[Even] the LORD,[you who are] of the fountainof Israel.
Your waywas in the seaAnd Your pathsin the mightywaters,And Your footprintsmay not be known.
"So when you spreadout your hands[in prayer], I will hideMy eyesfrom you; Yes,eventhoughyou multiplyprayers,I will not listen.Your handsare coveredwith blood.
"Behold,Godis my salvation,I will trustand not be afraid;For the LORDGODis my strengthand song,And He has becomemy salvation."
It will becomea signand a witnessto the LORDof hostsin the landof Egypt;for they will cryto the LORDbecauseof oppressors,and He will sendthem a Saviorand a Champion,and He will deliverthem.
"I, even I, am the LORD,And thereis nosaviorbesidesMe.
"For I am the LORDyour God,The HolyOneof Israel,your Savior;I have givenEgyptas your ransom,Cushand Sebain your place.
Israelhas been savedby the LORDWith an everlastingsalvation;You will not be putto shameor humiliatedTo alleternity.
"I bringnearMy righteousness,it is not faroff; And My salvationwill not delay.And I will grantsalvationin Zion,[And] My gloryfor Israel.
"Because of the iniquityof his unjustgainI was angryand struckhim; I hid[My face] and was angry,And he wenton turningaway,in the wayof his heart.
"You will also suckthe milkof nationsAnd suckthe breastof kings;Then you will knowthat I, the LORD,am your SaviorAnd your Redeemer,the MightyOneof Jacob.
And I will waitfor the LORDwho is hidingHis facefrom the houseof Jacob;I will even lookeagerlyfor Him.
Jesusansweredand saidto him, "WhatI doyou do not realizenow,but you will understandhereafter."
"You worshipwhatyou do not know;we worshipwhatwe know,for salvationis from the Jews.
and they were sayingto the woman,"It is no longerbecauseof what you saidthat we believe,for we have heardfor ourselvesand knowthat this Oneis indeedthe Saviorof the world."
"From the descendantsof this man,accordingto promise,Godhas broughtto Israela Savior,Jesus,
"He is the one whom Godexaltedto His right handas a Princeand a Savior,to grantrepentanceto Israel,and forgivenessof sins.
but growin the graceand knowledgeof our Lordand SaviorJesusChrist.To Him [be] the glory,bothnowand to the dayof eternity.Amen.
