For He standsat the righthandof the needy,To savehim from those who judgehis soul.
The LORDis for me among those who helpme; Therefore I will look[with satisfaction] on those who hateme.

Mosessaidto the people,"Do not be afraid;for Godhas comein orderto testyou, and in orderthat the fearof Him may remainwith you, so that you may not sin."
Do not fear,for I am with you; Do not anxiously lookabout you, for I am your God.I will strengthenyou, surelyI will helpyou, SurelyI will upholdyou with My righteousrighthand.'

Thussaysthe LORDto CyrusHis anointed,WhomI have takenby the righthand,To subduenationsbeforehim And to loosethe loinsof kings;To opendoorsbeforehim so that gateswill not be shut:
Thereis noneto guideher amongallthe sonsshe has borne,Noris thereoneto takeher by the handamongallthe sonsshe has reared.
Fearnot, O JacobMy servant,'declaresthe LORD,'And do not be dismayed,O Israel;For behold,I will saveyou from afarAnd your offspringfrom the landof their captivity.And Jacobwill returnand will be quietand at ease,And noonewill makehim afraid.
"But as for you, O JacobMy servant,do not fear,Norbe dismayed,O Israel!For, see,I am going to saveyou from afar,And your descendantsfrom the landof their captivity;And Jacobwill returnand be undisturbedAnd secure,with noonemaking [him] tremble.
As for the promisewhichI madeyou when you cameout of Egypt,My Spiritis abidingin your midst;do not fear!'
But the Lordstoodwith me and strengthenedme, sothat throughme the proclamationmight be fully accomplished,and that allthe Gentilesmight hear;and I was rescuedout of the lion'smouth.
