And He will delightin the fearof the LORD,And He will not judgeby whatHis eyessee,Normakea decisionby whatHis earshear;
"Do not judgeaccordingto appearance,but judgewith righteousjudgment."
And Jesuskept increasingin wisdomand stature,and in favorwith Godand men.
But the LORDsaidto Samuel,"Do not lookat his appearanceor at the heightof his stature,becauseI have rejectedhim; for God[sees] not as mansees,for manlooksat the outwardappearance,but the LORDlooksat the heart."
Thenyou will discernthe fearof the LORDAnd discoverthe knowledgeof God.
But solidfoodis for the mature,who becauseof practicehavetheir sensestrainedto discerngoodand evil.
When allIsraelheardof the judgmentwhichthe kinghad handeddown,they fearedthe king,for they sawthat the wisdomof Godwas in him to administerjustice.
Thenyou will discernrighteousnessand justiceAnd equity[and] everygoodcourse.
"So giveYour servantan understandingheartto judgeYour peopleto discernbetweengoodand evil.For whois ableto judgethisgreatpeopleof Yours?"
"Then your maidservantsaid,'Pleaselet the wordof my lordthe kingbe comforting,for as the angelof God,sois my lordthe kingto discerngoodand evil.And may the LORDyour Godbe with you.'"
and becauseHe did not needanyoneto testifyconcerningman,for He Himselfknewwhatwas in man.
"For the eartestswordsAs the palatetastesfood.
"Does not the eartestwords,As the palatetastesits food?
And He will be the stabilityof your times,A wealthof salvation,wisdomand knowledge;The fearof the LORDis his treasure.
"This shall be his landfor a possessionin Israel;so My princesshall nolongeroppressMy people,but they shall give[the rest of] the landto the houseof Israelaccording to their tribes."
And He will judgebetweenmanypeoplesAnd renderdecisionsfor mighty,distantnations.Then they will hammertheir swordsinto plowsharesAnd their spearsinto pruninghooks;Nationwill not liftup swordagainstnation,And neveragainwill they trainfor war.
Then the kingsaidto the woman,"Goto your house,and I will giveordersconcerningyou."
