Nowthe Godof peace,who broughtup from the deadthe greatShepherdof the sheepthroughthe bloodof the eternalcovenant,[even] Jesusour Lord,
"Trulyis not my housesowith God?For He has madean everlastingcovenantwith me, Orderedin allthings,and secured;For allmy salvationand all[my] desire,Will He not indeedmake [it] grow?
He also confirmedit to Jacobfor a statute,To Israelas an everlastingcovenant,
The handof Godwas alsoon Judahto givethem oneheartto dowhatthe kingand the princescommandedby the wordof the LORD.
The LORDis my shepherd,I shall not want.
Oh, giveear,Shepherdof Israel,You who leadJosephlike a flock;You who are enthroned[above] the cherubim,shineforth!
So Mosestookthe bloodand sprinkled[it] on the people,and said,"Beholdthe bloodof the covenant,whichthe LORDhas madewith you in accordancewith allthesewords."
Like a shepherdHe will tendHis flock,In His armHe will gatherthe lambsAnd carry[them] in His bosom;He will gently leadthe nursing[ewes].
"Inclineyour earand cometo Me. Listen,that you may live;And I will makean everlastingcovenantwith you, [According to] the faithfulmerciesshown to David.
For I, the LORD,lovejustice,I haterobberyin the burntoffering;And I will faithfullygivethem their recompenseAnd makean everlastingcovenantwith them.
Then His peoplerememberedthe daysof old,of Moses.Whereis He who broughtthem up out of the seawith the shepherdsof His flock?Whereis He who putHis HolySpiritin the midstof them,
"I will makean everlastingcovenantwith them that I will not turnawayfrom them, to dothem good;and I will putthe fearof Me in their heartsso that they will not turnawayfrom Me.
"Then I will setoverthem oneshepherd,My servantDavid,and he will feedthem; he will feedthem himselfand be their shepherd.
"My servantDavidwill be kingoverthem, and they will allhaveoneshepherd;and they will walkin My ordinancesand keepMy statutesand observethem.
"I will makea covenantof peacewith them; it will be an everlastingcovenantwith them. And I will placethem and multiplythem, and will setMy sanctuaryin their midstforever.
As for you also,because of the bloodof [My] covenantwith you, I have setyour prisonersfreefrom the waterlesspit.
for thisis My bloodof the covenant,which is pouredout for manyfor forgivenessof sins.
And He saidto them, "Thisis My bloodof the covenant,whichis pouredout for many.
And in the same way[He took] the cupafterthey had eaten,saying,"Thiscupwhich is pouredout for you is the newcovenantin My blood.
"I amthe goodshepherd;the goodshepherdlays downHis lifefor the sheep.
"I amthe goodshepherd,and I knowMy ownand My ownknowMe,
"But GodraisedHim from the dead;
becauseHe has fixeda dayin whichHe willjudgethe worldin righteousnessthrougha ManwhomHe has appointed,having furnishedproofto all menby raisingHim from the dead."
"But Godraised Him up again,putting an endto the agonyof death,sinceit was impossiblefor Him to be heldin its power.
"ThisJesusGodraised up again,to whichwe are allwitnesses.
but put to deaththe Princeof life,[the one] whomGodraisedfrom the dead,[a fact] to whichwe are witnesses.
let it be knownto allof you and to allthe peopleof Israel,that by the nameof JesusChristthe Nazarene,whomyou crucified,whomGodraisedfrom the dead--by this [name] this manstands herebeforeyou in good health.
"The Godof our fathersraisedup Jesus,whomyou had put to deathby hangingHim on a cross.
who was declaredthe Sonof Godwith powerby the resurrectionfrom the dead,accordingto the Spiritof holiness,JesusChristour Lord,
or'WHOWILL DESCENDINTO THE ABYSS?'(that is, to bringChristup from the dead)."
Nowthe Godof peacebe with you all.Amen.
The Godof peacewill sooncrushSatanunderyour feet.The graceof our LordJesusbe with you.
But ifthe Spiritof Him who raisedJesusfrom the deaddwellsin you, He who raisedChristJesusfrom the deadwill alsogive lifeto your mortalbodiesthroughHis Spiritwho dwellsin you.
for Godis not [a God] of confusionbut of peace,as in allthe churchesof the saints.
Moreoverwe are evenfound[to be] false witnessesof God,becausewe testifiedagainstGodthat He raisedChrist,whomHe did not raise,ifin factthe deadare not raised.
NowGodhas not onlyraisedthe Lord,but will alsoraiseus up throughHis power.
Finally,brethren,rejoice,be made complete,be comforted,be like-minded,live in peace;and the Godof loveand peacewill be with you.
knowingthat He who raisedthe LordJesuswill raiseus alsowith Jesusand will presentus with you.
Paul,an apostle(not [sent] from mennorthroughthe agencyof man,but throughJesusChristand Godthe Father,who raisedHim from the dead),
whichHe brought aboutin Christ,when He raisedHim from the deadand seatedHim at His right handin the heavenly[places],
The thingsyou have learnedand receivedand heardand seenin me, practicethese things,and the Godof peacewill be with you.
having been buriedwith Him in baptism,in whichyou were alsoraisedup with Him throughfaithin the workingof God,who raisedHim from the dead.
and to waitfor His Sonfrom heaven,whomHe raisedfrom the dead,[that is] Jesus,who rescuesus from the wrathto come.
Nowmay the Godof peaceHimselfsanctifyyou entirely;and may your spiritand souland bodybe preservedcomplete,without blameat the comingof our LordJesusChrist.
Nowmay the Lordof peaceHimselfcontinuallygrantyou peacein everycircumstance.The Lordbe with you all!
let us draw nearwith a sincereheartin full assuranceof faith,having our heartssprinkled[clean] from an evilconscienceand our bodieswashedwith purewater.
How muchsevererpunishmentdo you thinkhe will deservewho has trampled under footthe Sonof God,and has regardedas uncleanthe bloodof the covenantby whichhe was sanctified,and has insultedthe Spiritof grace?
saying,"THISIS THE BLOODOF THE COVENANTWHICHGODCOMMANDEDYOU."
who throughHim are believersin God,who raisedHim from the deadand gaveHim glory,sothat your faithand hopeare in God.
For you were continually strayinglikesheep,but nowyou have returnedto the Shepherdand Guardianof your souls.
And when the Chief Shepherdappears,you will receivethe unfadingcrownof glory.
