Then allwhose heartsmovedthem, both menand women,came[and] broughtbroochesand earringsand signetringsand bracelets,allarticlesof gold;so [did] everymanwhopresentedan offeringof goldto the LORD.
Then Jehoashsaidto the priests,"Allthe moneyof the sacredthingswhichis broughtinto the houseof the LORD,in currentmoney,[both] the moneyof eachman'sassessment[and] allthe moneywhichanyman'sheartpromptshim to bringinto the houseof the LORD,
Then Hezekiahsaid,"Now[that] you have consecratedyourselvesto the LORD,comenearand bringsacrificesand thankofferingsto the houseof the LORD."And the assemblybroughtsacrificesand thankofferings,and allthose who were willing[brought] burntofferings.
Aaronsaidto them, "Tearoffthe goldringswhichare in the earsof your wives,your sons,and your daughters,and bring[them] to me."
Then allthe peopletoreoffthe goldringswhichwere in their earsand brought[them] to Aaron.
Everyonewhoseheartstirredhim and everyonewhosespiritmovedhim came[and] broughtthe LORD'Scontributionfor the workof the tentof meetingand for allits serviceand for the holygarments.
Everyman,whohadin his possessionblueand purpleand scarlet[material] and finelinenand goats'[hair] and rams'skinsdyedredand porpoiseskins,broughtthem.
[Like] an earringof goldand an ornamentof finegoldIs a wisereproverto a listeningear.

"Surelythe coastlandswill waitfor Me; And the shipsof Tarshish[will come] first,To bringyour sonsfrom afar,Their silverand their goldwith them, For the nameof the LORDyour God,And for the HolyOneof IsraelbecauseHe has glorifiedyou.
"I adornedyou with ornaments,putbraceletson your handsand a necklacearoundyour neck.
"So we have broughtas an offeringto the LORDwhateachmanfound,articlesof gold,armletsand bracelets,signetrings,earringsand necklaces,to makeatonementfor ourselvesbeforethe LORD."
Aftercominginto the housethey sawthe Childwith MaryHis mother;and they fellto the ground and worshipedHim. Then,openingtheir treasures,they presentedto Him giftsof gold,frankincense,and myrrh.
