"I am the LORDyour God,whobroughtyou out of the landof Egypt,out of the houseof slavery.
When allthe peoplesawit, they fellon their faces;and they said,"The LORD,He is God;the LORD,He is God."
They servedidols,concerning whichthe LORDhad saidto them, "You shall not dothisthing."
Now [this] cameabout becausethe sonsof Israelhad sinnedagainst the LORDtheir God,who had broughtthem up from the landof Egyptfrom underthe handof Pharaoh,kingof Egypt,and they had fearedothergods
Wherefore, the LORDhis Goddeliveredhim into the handof the kingof Aram;and they defeatedhim and carriedaway from him a greatnumber of captivesand brought[them] to Damascus.And he was alsodeliveredinto the handof the kingof Israel,who inflictedhim with heavycasualties.
"Hear,O My people,and I will speak;O Israel,I will testifyagainst you; I am God,your God.
"I, the LORD,am your God,Who broughtyou up from the landof Egypt;Openyour mouthwideand I will fillit.
"But My peopledid not listento My voice,And Israeldid not obeyMe.
"You calledin troubleand I rescuedyou; I answeredyou in the hidingplaceof thunder;I provedyou at the watersof Meribah.Selah.
"And it shall be whenyour sonasksyou in timeto come,saying,'Whatis this?'then you shall sayto him, 'With a powerfulhandthe LORDbroughtus out of Egypt,from the houseof slavery.
Mosessaidto the people,"Rememberthisdayin whichyou wentout from Egypt,from the houseof slavery;for by a powerfulhandthe LORDbroughtyou out from thisplace. And nothingleavenedshall be eaten.
"In Your lovingkindnessYou have ledthe peoplewhomYou have redeemed;In Your strengthYou have guided[them] to Your holyhabitation.
"Terrorand dreadfallupon them; By the greatnessof Your armthey are motionlessas stone;UntilYour peoplepassover,O LORD,Untilthe peoplepassoverwhomYou have purchased.
And He said,"Ifyou will giveearnestheedto the voiceof the LORDyour God,and dowhat is rightin His sight,and giveearto His commandments,and keepallHis statutes,I will putnoneof the diseaseson you whichI have puton the Egyptians;for I, the LORD,am your healer."
Then Godspokeallthesewords,saying,
"They shall knowthat I am the LORDtheir Godwhobroughtthem out of the landof Egypt,that I might dwellamongthem; I am the LORDtheir God.
"Say,therefore,to the sonsof Israel,I am the LORD,and I will bringyou out from underthe burdensof the Egyptians,and I will deliveryou from their bondage.I will also redeemyou with an outstretchedarmand with greatjudgments.
"For I am the LORDyour God,The HolyOneof Israel,your Savior;I have givenEgyptas your ransom,Cushand Sebain your place.
"Thereforebehold,daysare coming,"declaresthe LORD,"when it will nolongerbe said,'As the LORDlives,whobroughtup the sonsof Israelout of the landof Egypt,'
"They did not say,'Whereis the LORDWho broughtus up out of the landof Egypt,Who ledus through the wilderness,Through a landof desertsand of pits,Through a landof droughtand of deepdarkness,Through a landthat noonecrossedAnd wherenomandwelt?'
"At that time,"declaresthe LORD,"I will be the Godof allthe familiesof Israel,and they shall be My people."
"But thisis the covenantwhichI will makewith the houseof Israelafterthosedays,"declaresthe LORD,"I will putMy lawwithinthem and on their heartI will writeit; and I will be their God,and they shall be My people.
"Thussaysthe LORDGodof Israel,I madea covenantwith your forefathersin the daythat I broughtthem out of the landof Egypt,from the houseof bondage,saying,
I am the LORDyour God;walkin My statutesand keepMy ordinancesand observethem.
and sayto them, 'Thussaysthe LordGOD,"On the daywhen I choseIsraeland sworeto the descendantsof the houseof Jacoband madeMyself knownto them in the landof Egypt,when I sworeto them, saying,I am the LORDyour God,
"I saidto them, 'Castaway,eachof you, the detestablethingsof his eyes,and do not defileyourselves with the idolsof Egypt;I am the LORDyour God.'
I have also spokento the prophets,And I gavenumerousvisions,And throughthe prophetsI gaveparables.
Yet I [have been] the LORDyour GodSincethe landof Egypt;And you were not to knowany godexceptMe, For thereis nosaviorbesidesMe.
For I am the LORDwho broughtyou up from the landof Egyptto be your God;thus you shall be holy,for I am holy.'"
You shall havejustbalances,justweights,a justephah,and a justhin;I am the LORDyour God,whobroughtyou out from the landof Egypt.
sothat your generationsmay knowthat I had the sonsof Israellivein boothswhen I broughtthem out from the landof Egypt.I am the LORDyour God.'"
I am the LORDyour God,whobroughtyou out of the landof Egyptto giveyou the landof Canaan[and] to be your God.
For they are My servantswhomI broughtout from the landof Egypt;they are not to be sold[in] a slavesale.
For the sonsof Israelare My servants;they are My servantswhomI broughtout from the landof Egypt.I am the LORDyour God.
You shall not makefor yourselves idols,norshall you setup for yourselves an imageor a [sacred] pillar,norshall you placea figuredstonein your landto bowdownto it; for I am the LORDyour God.
I am the LORDyour God,whobroughtyou out of the landof Egyptsothat [you] would not be their slaves,and I brokethe barsof your yokeand made you walkerect.
"It was I who broughtyou up from the landof Egypt,And I ledyou in the wildernessfortyyearsThat you might takepossessionof the landof the Amorite.
For there is nodistinctionbetween Jewand Greek;for the same[Lord] is Lordof all,abounding in richesfor allwho callon Him;
Oris God[the God] of Jewsonly?Is He not [the God] of Gentilesalso?Yes,of Gentilesalso,
"So you shall stonehim to deathbecausehe has soughtto seduceyou from the LORDyour Godwho broughtyou out from the landof Egypt,out of the houseof slavery.
"You shall rememberthat you were a slavein the landof Egypt,and the LORDyour Godredeemedyou; thereforeI commandyou thistoday.
"Whenyou goout to battleagainstyour enemiesand seehorsesand chariots[and] peoplemorenumerousthanyou, do not be afraidof them; for the LORDyour God,whobroughtyou up from the landof Egypt,is with you.
You shall rememberthat you were a slavein the landof Egypt,and the LORDyour Godbroughtyou out of thereby a mightyhandand by an outstretchedarm;thereforethe LORDyour Godcommandedyou to observethe sabbathday.
I am the LORDyour Godwhobroughtyou out of the landof Egypt,out of the houseof slavery.
but becausethe LORDlovedyou and keptthe oathwhichHe sworeto your forefathers,the LORDbroughtyou out by a mightyhandand redeemedyou from the houseof slavery,from the handof Pharaohkingof Egypt.
Now the angelof the LORDcameup from Gilgalto Bochim.And he said,"I broughtyou up out of Egyptand ledyou into the landwhichI have swornto your fathers;and I said,I will neverbreakMy covenantwith you,
and I saidto you, "I am the LORDyour God;you shall not fearthe godsof the Amoritesin whoselandyou live.But you have not obeyedMe."'"
