He liftedhis eyesand sawthe womenand the children,and said,"Whoare thesewith you?" So he said,"The childrenwhomGodhas graciouslygivenyour servant."
So Jacobsaidto Pharaoh,"The yearsof my sojourningare one hundredand thirty;fewand unpleasanthave beenthe yearsof my life,norhave they attainedthe yearsthat my fatherslivedduring the daysof their sojourning."

"Whydid I not dieat birth,Comeforthfrom the womband expire?
"Orlike a miscarriagewhich is discarded,I would not be, As infantsthat neversawlight.
[Let them be] as a snailwhich meltsawayas it goesalong, [Like] the miscarriagesof a womanwhich neverseethe sun.
Grandchildrenare the crownof oldmen,And the gloryof sonsis their fathers.
But better[off] thanbothof them is the one whohas neverexisted,whohas neverseenthe evilactivitythat is doneunderthe sun.
for it comesin futilityand goesinto obscurity;and its nameis coveredin obscurity.
"He will be buriedwith a donkey'sburial,Draggedoff and thrownout beyondthe gatesof Jerusalem.
Thereforethussaysthe LORDconcerningJehoiakimkingof Judah,"He shall havenoone to siton the throneof David,and his deadbodyshall be castout to the heatof the dayand the frostof the night.
"They will spreadthem out to the sun,the moonand to allthe hostof heaven,whichthey have lovedand whichthey have served,and whichthey have goneafterand whichthey have sought,and whichthey have worshiped.They will not be gatheredor buried;they will be as dungon the faceof the ground.
"The Sonof Man[is to] go,justas it is writtenof Him; but woeto that manby whomthe Sonof Manis betrayed!It would have beengoodfor that manifhe had not been born."
