He rodeupon a cheruband flew;And He spedupon the wingsof the wind.
O God,[You are] awesomefrom Your sanctuary.The Godof IsraelHimselfgivesstrengthand powerto the people.Blessedbe God!
Singto God,singpraisesto His name;Liftup [a song] for Him who ridesthrough the deserts,Whose nameis the LORD,and exultbeforeHim.
Thereis noonelikeYou among the gods,O Lord,Norare thereany workslike Yours.
"Whois likeYou among the gods,O LORD?Whois likeYou, majesticin holiness,Awesomein praises,workingwonders?
"And in the greatnessof Your excellenceYou overthrowthose who riseup against You; You sendforth Your burninganger,[and] it consumesthem as chaff.
Then he said,"Tomorrow."So he said,"[May it be] according to your word,that you may knowthat thereis noonelike the LORDour God.
So Aaronstretchedout his handoverthe watersof Egypt,and the frogscameup and coveredthe landof Egypt.
The oracleconcerning Egypt.Behold,the LORDis ridingon a swiftcloudand is about to cometo Egypt;The idolsof Egyptwill trembleat His presence,And the heartof the Egyptianswill meltwithinthem.
To whomthen will you likenGod?Or whatlikenesswill you comparewith Him?
"To whomthen will you likenMe That I would be [his] equal?"saysthe HolyOne.
Thussaysthe LORDwho madeyou And formedyou from the womb,who will helpyou, 'Do not fear,O JacobMy servant;And you Jeshurunwhom I have chosen.
"Whohas heardsucha thing?Whohas seensuchthings? Can a landbe bornin oneday?Can a nationbe broughtforthallat once?As soonas Ziontravailed,she alsobroughtforthher sons.
Thereis nonelikeYou, O LORD;You are great,and greatis Your namein might.
[It is] your destruction,O Israel,That [you are] against Me, against your help.
The LORDhas swornby the prideof Jacob,"Indeed,I will neverforgetanyof their deeds.
Did the LORDrageagainst the rivers,Or[was] Your angeragainst the rivers,Or[was] Your wrathagainst the sea,That You rodeon Your horses,On Your chariotsof salvation?
"Behold,to the LORDyour Godbelong heavenand the highestheavens,the earthand allthat is in it.
"But Jeshurungrewfatand kicked--You are grownfat,thick,and sleek--Then he forsookGodwho madehim, And scornedthe Rockof his salvation.
"And He was kingin Jeshurun,When the headsof the peoplewere gathered,The tribesof Israeltogether.
"To you it was shownthat you might knowthat the LORD,He is God;thereis nootherbesidesHim.
