He tookcurdsand milkand the calfwhichhe had prepared,and placed[it] beforethem; and he was standingby them underthe treeas they ate.
"He ties[his] foalto the vine,And his donkey'scoltto the choicevine;He washeshis garmentsin wine,And his robesin the bloodof grapes.
honey,curds,sheep,and cheeseof the herd,for Davidand for the peoplewho[were] with him, to eat;for they said,"The peopleare hungryand wearyand thirstyin the wilderness."
"They capturedfortifiedcitiesand a fertileland.They tookpossessionof housesfullof everygoodthing,Hewncisterns,vineyards,olivegroves,Fruittreesin abundance.So they ate,were filledand grewfat,And reveledin Your greatgoodness.
"But they becamedisobedientand rebelledagainst You, And castYour lawbehindtheir backsAnd killedYour prophetswhohad admonishedthem So that they might returnto You, And they committedgreatblasphemies.
"He does not lookat the streams,The riversflowingwith honeyand curds.
When my stepswere bathedin butter,And the rockpouredout for me streamsof oil!
He makespeacein your borders;He satisfiesyou with the finestof the wheat.
Manybullshave surroundedme; Strong[bulls] of Bashanhave encircledme.
"But I would feedyou with the finestof the wheat,And with honeyfrom the rockI would satisfyyou."
"He will eatcurdsand honeyat the time He knows[enough] to refuseeviland choosegood.
and becauseof the abundanceof the milkproducedhe will eatcurds,for everyonethat is leftwithinthe landwill eatcurdsand honey.
"You will eatthe fleshof mightymenand drinkthe bloodof the princesof the earth,as [though they were] rams,lambs,goatsand bulls,allof them fatlingsof Bashan.
I ledthem with cordsof a man,with bondsof love,And I becameto them as one who liftsthe yokefrom their jaws;And I bentdown[and] fedthem.
Hearthisword,you cowsof Bashanwhoare on the mountainof Samaria,Who oppressthe poor,who crushthe needy,Who sayto your husbands,"Bringnow, that we may drink!"

And the winepresswas troddenoutsidethe city,and bloodcameout from the wine press,up to the horses'bridles,for a distanceof twohundred miles.
"He askedfor water[and] she gavehim milk;In a magnificentbowlshe broughthim curds.
