"The LORDwill make the pestilenceclingto you untilHe has consumedyou from the landwhereyou are enteringto possessit.
So the LORDsenta pestilenceupon Israelfrom the morninguntilthe appointedtime,and seventythousandmenof the peoplefrom Danto Beershebadied.

Now thiswill be the plaguewith whichthe LORDwill strikeallthe peopleswhohave goneto waragainstJerusalem;their fleshwill rotwhile they standon their feet,and their eyeswill rotin their sockets,and their tonguewill rotin their mouth.
"I will smitethem with pestilenceand dispossessthem, and I will makeyou into a nationgreaterand mightierthanthey."
