For a dayin Your courtsis betterthana thousand[outside]. I would rather standat the thresholdof the houseof my GodThandwellin the tentsof wickedness.
O LORD,I lovethe habitationof Your houseAnd the placewhereYour glorydwells.

So they broughtin the arkof the LORDand setit in its placeinsidethe tentwhichDavidhad pitchedfor it; and Davidofferedburntofferingsand peaceofferingsbeforethe LORD.
Then Mosessaidto the LORD,"See,You sayto me, 'Bringup thispeople!'But You Yourselfhave not let me knowwhomYou will sendwith me. Moreover, You have said,'I have knownyou by name,and you have alsofoundfavorin My sight.'
"Nowtherefore, I prayYou, ifI have foundfavorin Your sight,let me knowYour waysthat I may knowYou, sothat I may findfavorin Your sight.Considertoo, that thisnationis Your people."
