Allfleshwould perishtogether,And manwould returnto dust.
Whoshowsnopartialityto princesNorregardsthe richabovethe poor,For they allare the workof His hands?
I am pouredout like water,And allmy bonesare out of joint;My heartis like wax;It is meltedwithinme.
My strengthis driedup like a potsherd,And my tonguecleavesto my jaws;And You layme in the dustof death.
Let them flowaway likewaterthat runsoff;[When] he aimshis arrows,let them be as headlessshafts.
Has His lovingkindnessceasedforever?Has [His] promisecometo an endforever?
They have pouredout their bloodlike waterroundaboutJerusalem;And therewas nooneto burythem.
As for the daysof our life,they contain seventyyears,Or ifdue to strength,eightyyears,Yet their prideis [but] laborand sorrow;For soonit is goneand we flyaway.
You turnmanbackinto dustAnd say,"Return,O childrenof men."
"But ifhe did not liein wait[for him], but Godlet[him] fallinto his hand,then I will appointyou a placeto whichhe may flee.
For the livingknowthey will die;but the deaddo not knowanything,norhavethey anylongera reward,for their memoryis forgotten.
For the Lordwill not rejectforever,
"Do I haveanypleasurein the deathof the wicked,"declaresthe LordGOD,"ratherthanthat he should turnfrom his waysand live?
If they confesstheir iniquityand the iniquityof their forefathers,in their unfaithfulnesswhichthey committedagainst Me, and alsoin their actingwith hostilityagainstMe--
Thesesixcitiesshall be for refugefor the sonsof Israel,and for the alienand for the sojourneramongthem; that anyonewho killsa personunintentionallymay fleethere.
The congregationshall deliverthe manslayerfrom the handof the bloodavenger,and the congregationshall restorehim to his cityof refugeto whichhe fled;and he shall livein it untilthe deathof the highpriestwhowas anointedwith the holyoil.
becausehe should have remainedin his cityof refugeuntilthe deathof the highpriest.But afterthe deathof the highpriestthe manslayershall returnto the landof his possession.
And they senttheir disciplesto Him, along with the Herodians,saying,"Teacher,we knowthat You are truthfuland teachthe wayof Godin truth,and deferto no one;for You are not partialto any.
Openinghis mouth,Petersaid:"I mostcertainlyunderstand[now] that Godis not one to show partiality,
For there is nopartialitywith God.
"For the LORDyour Godis the Godof godsand the Lordof lords,the great,the mighty,and the awesomeGodwhodoes not showpartialitynortakea bribe.
And inasmuchas it is appointedfor mento dieonceand afterthis[comes] judgment,
Ifyou addressas Fatherthe One who impartiallyjudgesaccordingto each one'swork,conductyourselves in fearduring the timeof your stay[on earth];
