Then Elishaprayedand said,"O LORD,I pray,openhis eyesthat he may see."And the LORDopenedthe servant'seyesand he saw;and behold,the mountainwas fullof horsesand chariotsof fireallaroundElisha.
The chariotsof Godare myriads,thousandsupon thousands;The Lordis among them [as at] Sinai,in holiness.
The angelof the LORDencampsaroundthose who fearHim, And rescuesthem.
As they were goingalong and talking,behold,[there appeared] a chariotof fireand horsesof firewhich separatedthe twoof them. And Elijahwentup by a whirlwindto heaven.
Are they not allministeringspirits,sentout to render servicefor the sakeof thosewho willinheritsalvation?
to opentheir eyesso that they may turnfrom darknessto lightand from the dominionof Satanto God,that they may receiveforgivenessof sinsand an inheritanceamongthosewho have been sanctifiedby faithin Me.'
"Ordo you thinkthat I cannotappealto My Father,and He will at onceput at My disposalmorethan twelvelegionsof angels?
To openblindeyes,To bringout prisonersfrom the dungeonAnd those who dwellin darknessfrom the prison.
Openmy eyes,that I may beholdWonderfulthingsfrom Your law.
And the armieswhich are in heaven,clothedin fine linen,white[and] clean,were followingHim on whitehorses.
[I pray that] the eyesof your heartmay be enlightened,sothat you will knowwhatis the hopeof His calling,whatare the richesof the gloryof His inheritancein the saints,
I sawat night,and behold,a manwas ridingon a redhorse,and he was standingamongthe myrtletreeswhichwere in the ravine,with red,sorreland whitehorsesbehindhim.
For He will giveHis angelschargeconcerning you, To guardyou in allyour ways.
And I sawheavenopened,and behold,a whitehorse,and He who saton it [is] calledFaithfuland true,and in righteousnessHe judgesand wages war.
He laysthe beamsof His upperchambersin the waters;He makesthe cloudsHis chariot;He walksupon the wingsof the wind;
"He will callupon Me, and I will answerhim; I will be with him in trouble;I will rescuehim and honorhim.
"And to the angelof the churchin Philadelphiawrite:He who is holy,who is true,who hasthe keyof David,who opensand noonewill shut,and who shutsand no oneopens,saysthis:
Then Godopenedher eyesand she sawa wellof water;and she wentand filledthe skinwith waterand gavethe lada drink.
Now as Jacobwenton his way,the angelsof Godmethim.
He makesthe windsHis messengers,FlamingfireHis ministers.
Now I, Daniel,alonesawthe vision,while the menwhowere with me did not seethe vision;nevertheless,a greatdreadfellon them, and they ranawayto hidethemselves.
Jacobsaidwhenhe sawthem, "Thisis God'scamp."So he namedthat placeMahanaim.
Then Jacobsentmessengersbeforehim to his brotherEsauin the landof Seir,the countryof Edom.
Then the LORDopenedthe eyesof Balaam,and he sawthe angelof the LORDstandingin the waywith his drawnswordin his hand;and he bowedall the wayto the ground.
As the mountainssurroundJerusalem,So the LORDsurroundsHis peopleFrom thistimeforth and forever.
