He founda freshjawboneof a donkey,so he reachedout and tookit and killeda thousandmenwith it.
Then he calledquicklyto the youngman,his armorbearer,and saidto him, "Drawyour swordand killme, sothat it will not be saidof me, 'A womanslewhim.'" So the youngmanpiercedhim through,and he died.
Then Jonathanclimbedup on his handsand feet,with his armorbearerbehindhim; and they fellbeforeJonathan,and his armorbearerputsome to deathafterhim.
And there was a tremblingin the camp,in the field,and among allthe people.Eventhe garrisonand the raiderstrembled,and the earthquakedso that it becamea greattrembling.
