A roaring lion and a charging bear Is a wrongdoing ruler over poor people.


Your rulers are stubborn, and companions of thieves. Everyone loves bribes, and runs after rewards. They do not defend the fatherless, nor does the cause of the widow reach them.


Their roar is like that of a lion, they roar like young lions. And they growl and seize prey, and slip away, with no one to rescue.


“But your eyes and your heart are only upon your own greedy gain, and on shedding innocent blood, and on oppression and on doing violence.”
