And she conceived yet again and bore a son, and called his name Shĕlah. And he was at Keziḇ when she bore him.
But Ěr, Yehuḏah’s first-born, was evil in the eyes of יהוה, and יהוה took his life.

And one of the elders said to me, “Do not weep. See, the Lion of the tribe of Yehuḏah, the Root of Dawiḏ, overcame to open the scroll and to loosen its seven seals.”
And יהוה said, “Yehuḏah does go up. See, I have given the land into his hand.”
“And let your house be like the house of Perets, whom Tamar bore to Yehuḏah, of the seed which יהוה does give you from this young woman.”
