Men and brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre is with us unto this day.


he seeing this before spake of the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in hell, neither his flesh did see corruption.


And when they agreed not among themselves, they departed, after that Paul had spoken one word, Well spake the Holy Ghost by Esaias the prophet unto our fathers,


while it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation.
