Ephesians 2:19
14 交叉引用

It is enough for the disciple that he be as his master, and the servant as his lord. If they have called the goodman of the house Beelzebub, how much more them of his household?

Therefore, whilst we have time, let us work good to all men, but especially to those who are of the household of the faith.

That you were at that time without Christ, being aliens from the conversation of Israel, and strangers to the testament, having no hope of the promise, and without God in this world.

Of whom all paternity in heaven and earth is named,

But our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, our Lord Jesus Christ,

All these died according to faith, not having received the promises, but beholding them afar off, and saluting them, and confessing that they are pilgrims and strangers on the earth.

For we have not here a lasting city, but we seek one that is to come.

Dearly beloved, I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims, to refrain yourselves from carnal desires which war against the soul,

Behold what manner of charity the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called, and should be the sons of God. Therefore the world knoweth not us, because it knew not him.
