Psalm 59:4

And the malicious will not dwell close to you, nor will the unjust endure before your eyes.


They prepared a snare for my feet, and they bowed down my soul. They dug a pit before my face, yet they have fallen into it.

Rise up, Rise up! Clothe yourself in strength, O arm of the Lord! Rise up as in the days of antiquity, as in generations long past. Have you not struck the arrogant one and wounded the dragon?


Their feet run to evil, and they rush to shed innocent blood. Their thoughts are useless thoughts; devastation and destruction are in their ways.


Therefore, with the council, you should now give notice to the tribune, so that he may bring him to you, as if you intended to determine something else about him. But before he approaches, we have made preparations to put him to death."
