The proud have hid a snare for me, and cords; They have spread a net by the wayside; They have set gins for me. [Selah


I will call upon Jehovah, who is worthy to be praised: So shall I be saved from mine enemies.


Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart Be acceptable in thy sight, O Jehovah, my rock, and my redeemer.


He restoreth my soul: He guideth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.


Mine eyes are ever toward Jehovah; For he will pluck my feet out of the net.


For without cause have they hid for me their net in a pit; Without cause have they digged a pit for my soul.


They have prepared a net for my steps; My soul is bowed down: They have digged a pit before me; They are fallen into the midst thereof themselves. [Selah


A man that flattereth his neighbor Spreadeth a net for his steps.


And he hath said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my power is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.


and they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, having been taken captive by him unto his will.
