So I will cast you forth out of this land, into a land which you know not, nor you fathers: and there you shall serve strange gods, day and night, which shall not give you any rest.
And I will send thee, and thy mother that bore thee, into a strange country, in which you were not born: and there you shall die.
The wrath of the Lord shall not return till he execute it and till he accomplish the thought of his heart: in the latter days you shall understand his counsel.
And they shall know that I the Lord have not spoken in vain that I would do this evil to them.
And I will distress men, and they shall walk like blind men, because they have sinned against the Lord: and their blood shall be poured out as earth, and their bodies as dung.
