God says,\par “My people, listen to me!\par People of Israel, I will show my evidence against you.\par I am God, your God.\par


I did the things you say are wrong.\par God, you are the One I sinned against.\par I confess these things so people will know\par I am wrong, and you are right.\par Your decisions are fair.\par


If my people would listen to me\par and live the way I want,\par


“My people, listen to me,\par and I will give you my Agreement {\cf2\super [470]} \par Israel, please listen to me!\par


What more could I do for my field of grapes?\par I did everything I could.\par I hoped for good grapes to grow.\par But there were only bad grapes.\par Why did that happen?\par

These things the law {\cf2\super [28]} says are for the people that are under the law. This stops all \{Jewish\} people from making excuses and brings the whole world (Jews and non-Jews) under God’s judgment.
