¹ Sing a new song to the Lord\par because he has done new\par and amazing things!\par

² His holy right arm\par brought him victory again.\par

³ The Lord showed the nations\par his power to save.\par The Lord showed them his goodness.\par

⁴ His followers remembered God’s loyalty\par to the people of Israel.\par The people in faraway lands saw\par our God’s power to save.\par

⁵ Every person on earth,\par shout with joy to the Lord.\par Quickly, start singing songs of praise!\par

⁶ Harps, praise the Lord.\par Music from the harps, praise him.\par

⁷ Blow the pipes and horns,\par and shout for joy to the Lord our King!\par

⁸ Let the sea, and the earth,\par and everything in them sing loudly.\par

⁹ Rivers, clap your hands!\par All together now, mountains sing out!\par
