Then the earth shook and trembled. The foundations of heaven quaked and were shaken, because he was angry.
Hᴇ laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be moved forever.
when he gave to the sea its boundary, that the waters should not violate his commandment, when he marked out the foundations of the earth,
“Come y’all, and let’s settle this,” says YHWH: “Though y’all’s sins are as scarlet, they will be as white as snow. Though they are red like crimson, they will be like wool.
Put me in remembrance. Let us plead together. Declare your case, that you may be justified.
“Now, residents of Jerusalem and people of Judah, please, y’all must judge between me and my vineyard.
“Therefore I will bring my case against y’all,” says YHWH, “and I will bring my case against y’all’s children’s children.
An uproar will reach to the end of the earth, for YHWH has a controversy with the nations. He will enter into judgment with all flesh. As for the wicked, he will give them to the sword,”’ says YHWH.”
YHWH says: “If heaven above can be measured, and the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, then I will also cast off all the offspring of Israel for all that they have done,” says YHWH.
YHWH also has a controversy with Judah, and will punish Jacob according to his ways; according to his deeds he will repay him.
In the womb he took his brother by the heel, and in his manhood he contended with God.
Children of Israel, y’all must listen to the word of YHWH, for YHWH has a charge against the inhabitants of the land: “Indeed there is no truth, nor goodness, nor knowledge of God in the land.
Y’all must listen to what YHWH says: “You are to arise and plead your case before the mountains, and let the hills hear what you have to say.
For a fire is kindled in my anger, that burns to the lowest Sheol, devours the earth with its increase, and sets the foundations of the mountains on fire.
I call heaven and the land to witness against y’all today, that y’all will soon perish-perish from the land that y’all are crossing over the Jordan to possess. Y’all will not live long y’all’s in it, but will be destroyed-destroyed.
