Honor your father and your mother.’ And, ‘You are to love your neighbor as yourself.’”
For the commandments, “You must not commit adultery,” “You must not murder,” “You must not steal,” “You must not covet,” and whatever other commandments there are, are all summed up in this saying, “Love your neighbor as yourself.”
For y’all were called to freedom, siblings. Only don’t use y’all’s freedom as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love be servants to one another.
Now, Israel, what does YHWH your God require of you, but to fear YHWH your God, to walk in all ʜɪꜱ ways, to love ʜɪᴍ, and to serve YHWH your God with all your heart and with all your soul,
YHWH your God will circumcise your heart, and the heart of your offspring, to love YHWH your God with all your heart and with all your soul, that you may live.
You are to love YHWH your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.
“For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days,” says the Lord [YHWH]: “I will put my laws into their mind; And I will also write them on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people.
However, if y’all fulfill the royal law according to the Scripture, “Love your neighbor as yourself,” y’all are doing right.
