Absalom spoke to Amnon neither good nor bad; for Absalom hated Amnon, because he had forced his sister Tamar.


They don’t know or understand. They wander around in darkness. All the foundations of the earth are shaken.


“‘You must not hate your sibling in your heart. You must rebuke-rebuke your neighbor, and not incur sin because of him.


Jesus said to them, “If y’all were blind, y’all would have no sin. But because y’all say, ‘We see,’ y’all’s sin remains.


In those days, Peter stood up among the siblings (a gathering of about one hundred twenty people), and said,


The one lacking these things is blind and short-sighted, having forgotten the cleansing from their past sins.


If we say that we have fellowship with ʜɪᴍ and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and don’t practice the truth.


But anyone who hates their sibling is in the darkness, and walks in the darkness, and doesn’t know where they are going, because the darkness has blinded their eyes.


The one who says, “I know him,” and yet doesn’t keep ʜɪꜱ commandments, is a liar, and the truth isn’t in that person.


In this, the children of God and the children of the devil are revealed: whoever does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor is the one who doesn’t love their sibling.


Anyone who says, “I love God,” but hates their sibling, is a liar. For whoever doesn’t love their sibling whom they have seen, cannot love God whom they have not seen.
