Psalm 82 - Y'all Version Bible

A Psalm by Asaph.

¹ God presides in the divine assembly. Hᴇ judges among the gods.

² “How long will y’all judge unjustly, and show partiality to the wicked?” Selah.

³ “Y’all are to defend the weak and the fatherless. Y’all are to maintain justice for the poor and the destitute.

⁴ Y’all are to rescue the weak and those in need. Y’all are to deliver them from hand of the wicked.”

⁵ They don’t know or understand. They wander around in darkness. All the foundations of the earth are shaken.

⁶ I said, “Y’all are gods, all y’all are sons of the Most High.

⁷ Nevertheless y’all will die like humans, and y’all will fall like one of the rulers.”

⁸ Rise up, God, judge the earth, for you inherit all of the nations.
