¶ From that time Iesus began to preach, and to say: Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
¶ And he said: whereunto shall we liken the kingdom of God? or with what comparison shall we compare it?
and they cast out many devils. And they anointed, many that were sick with oil and healed them.
But into whatsoever city ye shall enter, if they receive you not, go your ways out into the streets of the same, and say:
even the very dust, which cleaveth on us of your city, we wipe off against you: Notwithstanding, mark this, that the kingdom of God was come nye upon you.
Iesus answered, and said unto him: Verily verily I say unto thee: except a man be born a new, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
Iesus answered: verily, verily I say unto thee: except that a man be born of water, and of the spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
Be it known therefore unto you, that this consolation of God is sent to the gentiles, and they shall hear it.
