Then went he down, and dipped [himself] seven times in the Yarden, according to the saying of the man of God; and his flesh came again like the flesh of a little child, and he was clean.


It happened, when the king of Yisra'el had read the letter, that he tore his clothes, and said, Am I God, to kill and to make alive, that this man does send to me to recover a man of his leprosy? but consider, I pray you, and see how he seeks a quarrel against me.


The LORD opens the eyes of the blind. The LORD raises up those who are bowed down. The LORD loves the righteous.


The humble shall eat and be satisfied. They shall praise the LORD who seek after him. Let your hearts live forever.


The LORD said to him, *Who made man's mouth? Or who makes one mute, or deaf, or seeing, or blind? Isn't it I, the LORD?


In that day, the deaf will hear the words of the book, and the eyes of the blind will see out of obscurity and out of darkness.


The humble also will increase their joy in the LORD, and the poor among men will rejoice in the Holy One of Yisra'el.


Bring out the blind people who have eyes, and the deaf who have ears.


For all these things has my hand made, and [so] all these things came to be, says the LORD: but to this man will I look, even to him who is poor and of a contrite spirit, and who trembles at my word.


So I fed the flock of slaughter, especially the oppressed of the flock. I took for myself two staffs. The one I called *Favor,* and the other I called *Union,* and I fed the flock.


Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, and cast out demons. Freely you received, so freely give.


Yeshua answered them, *Go and tell Yochanan the things which you hear and see:


Then he told the man, *Stretch out your hand.* He stretched it out; and it was restored whole, just like the other.


The blind and the lame came to him in the temple, and he healed them.


*Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven.


Their eyes were opened. Yeshua strictly charged them, saying, *See that no one knows about this.*


They were astonished beyond measure, saying, *He has done all things well. He makes even the deaf hear, and the mute speak!*


When Yeshua saw that a multitude came running together, he rebuked the unclean spirit, saying to him, *You mute and deaf spirit, I command you, come out of him, and never enter him again!*


*The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim release to the captives, recovering of sight to the blind, to deliver those who are crushed,


Yeshua answered them, *I told you, and you don't believe. The works that I do in my Father's name, these testify about me.


But if I do them, though you don't believe me, believe the works; that you may know and believe that the Father is in me, and I in the Father.*


Now when he was in Yerushalayim at the Pesach, during the feast, many believed in his name, observing his signs which he did.


The same came to him by night, and said to him, *Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher come from God, for no one can do these signs that you do, unless God is with him.*


But the testimony which I have is greater than that of Yochanan, for the works which the Father gave me to accomplish, the very works that I do, testify about me, that the Father has sent me.


and said to him, *Go, wash in the pool of Shiloach* (which means *Sent*). So he went away, washed, and came back seeing.


*Men of Yisra'el, hear these words! Yeshua of Natzeret, a man approved by God to you by mighty works and wonders and signs which God did by him in the midst of you, even as you yourselves know,


Listen, my beloved brothers. Didn't God choose those who are poor in this world to be rich in faith, and heirs of the Kingdom which he promised to those who love him?
