The report about him went out into all Syria. They brought to him all who were sick, afflicted with various diseases and torments, possessed with demons, epileptics, and paralytics; and he healed them.


When the Shabbat was past, Miriam from Magdala, and Miriam the mother of Ya`akov, and Shalomit, bought spices, that they might come and anoint him.


Now when he had risen early on the first day of the week, he appeared first to Miriam from Magdala, from whom he had cast out seven demons.


A great multitude of the people followed him, including women who also mourned and lamented him.


All his acquaintances, and the women who followed with him from the Galil, stood at a distance, watching these things.


The women, who had come with him out of the Galil, followed after, and saw the tomb, and how his body was laid.


Yeshua asked him, *What is your name?* He said, *Legion,* for many demons had entered into him.


But there were standing by the cross of Yeshua his mother, and his mother's sister, Miriam the wife of Klofah, and Miriam from Magdala.


All these with one accord continued steadfastly in prayer and supplication, along with the women, and Miriam the mother of Yeshua, and with his brothers.
